A unique distinction for both Trust and Cyprus as it managed to distinguish itself between companies on a global scale. At the spectacular ceremony held in the heart of London on November 23rd, the award was given to Chief Executive Officer, Mr Christos Christodoulou and Head of HR, Ms Soula Yiorka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Investors in People (IIP) was created in 1991 at the initiative of the British Government. It operates in 75 countries worldwide and has been adopted by more than 14,000 businesses and organisations. It is recognised internationally for its standards, which defines what an organisation needs to lead, support and manage its human resources for sustainable and profitable results. The standard examines practices followed by the organisation under three categories of performance: Leadership, Support, and Improvement. Recognition with the IIP Standard certifies the effectiveness of an organisation's activities in terms of its vision, strategy and values, while at the same time demonstrating excellent employer, efficient workplace and continuous excellence orientation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 2017, Trust Insurance becomes the first company to obtain the High Performing - Platinum distinction from the London International Office. Recognising the high level of staff and management, the company has achieved great results. This is the highest distinction given by IIP in the field of Human Resources and the company is one of the few companies in the world that have secured it. In this way, Trust brings Cyprus to the highest point, as this an important recognition not only for the Company but also for the country itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
