Clerk / Customer Service Officer

Trust International Insurance Company (Cyprus) Ltd,is seeking to recruit a Clerk / Customer Service Officer at its Head Office in Nicosia.

The role is a combination of both clerk and administrative duties as the candidate will also undertake administrative duties after the completion of the external work.

Clerk Duties

Receiving, delivering and distributing external and internal mail, documents, files and packages.
Ensuring safe and timely delivery of mail to the Company.
Contacting customers to collect premiums and deposit them into the Company's bank account.
Coordination of building maintenance and security issues.

Administrative Duties

Telephone communication for cross-checking and updating of personal data of customers and partners.
Record and maintain reports on data updates.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma (a diploma from a higher educational institution will be considered an additional qualification).
At least 2 years' experience in a relevant position.
Excellent knowledge of Greek and good knowledge of English.
Excellent computer skills.
Driver's licence holder with a clean driving record.
Responsibility, confidentiality, integrity of character and reliability.
