The Technical Support Service also provides services concerning the dispatch of qualified technicians (Connection service), at the request of the Insured for non-urgent cases in order to: prepare a budget for work that the Insured wishes to carry out in the Insured Home.If the offer is accepted by the Customer then the Technical Assistance Company undertakes:
