Customer Relations Officer

Responsibilities

Providing prompt and excellent service and support to the Company’s customers.
Effectively managing customers’ insurance policies.
Monitoring and properly managing policy collections.
Maintaining organized and up-to-date records in accordance with the Company’s procedures and policies.
Collaborating with the Company’s internal departments to ensure smooth and timely customer service.

Qualifications

College or University Degree
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
Excellent knowledge of computers/systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset and commitment to service
Previous experience in the insurance sector will be considered an additional qualification.
