ICT Support Officer

Key Responsibilities

User Technical support (on-site and remote)
1^st level support for in-house and bespoke core applications
Administration of ticketing/support system
Setting up & maintenance of workstations, IP Telephony, MFP etc.
Hardware/software troubleshooting
Networking – Basic Network principles, patching, management
Windows Servers – Basic Active Directory management
Onboarding new staff, position relocations, etc

Preferred Education

College degree on relevant subject
ICT related certifications from accredited institutions

Work Experience

Typically, 1+ years on similar responsibilities/position

Skills & Competencies

Communication skills, with fluency in Greek and English
Working both individually and as part of a team
Organizational skills, time management
