Junior Legal Advisor

Trust International Insurance Company (Cyprus) Ltd is looking for a young and dynamic Junior Legal Advisor to join our team, focusing on legal affairs and claims recovery.

Main Responsibilities

Negotiates and manages the recovery of claims, ensuring the collection of the corresponding amounts.
Coordinates the management of legal cases related to recoveries, in cooperation with external lawyers.
Communicates with clients/insureds to recover amounts paid to third parties as compensation in case of a breach of their insurance policy.
Participates in the drafting and review of the company's legal documents.
Provides legal support to the company in all legal matters.
Supports the Compliance team by participating in the preparation of reports and briefing notes on the company's regulatory obligations.
Supports the Executive Management in the management and monitoring of various corporate projects, ensuring that schedules and targets are met.

Required Qualifications

Law degree.
An appetite for continuous learning and development in the field of law and insurance.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in working with external partners and lawyers.
Ability to analyse legal risks and provide feasible solutions.
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.
Excellent knowledge of computers/systems.
