Legal Advisor

Main Responsibilities:

• Negotiates and manages debt recovery, ensuring that the corresponding amounts are collected.
• Coordinates the management of legal matters related to recoveries, in collaboration with external lawyers.
• Communicates with customers/insured parties to recover amounts paid to third parties as compensation in the event of a breach of their insurance contract.
• Participates in the drafting and revision of legal documents and contracts of the company.
• Provides legal support to the company in all legal matters.
• Supports the Compliance team, monitors and keeps abreast of legislative and regulatory developments related to the insurance sector, participates in the preparation of reports and briefing notes on the company's regulatory obligations.
• Supports the Executive Management in the management and monitoring of various corporate projects, ensuring that schedules and targets are met.

Required Qualifications

• Law degree.
• An appetite for continuous learning and development in the field of law and insurance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in working with external partners and lawyers.
• Ability to analyse legal risks and provide feasible solutions.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent knowledge of computers/systems.
• Previous experience in the insurance sector will be considered an additional qualification.
