What is Professional Liability?
It is a comprehensive legal liability insurance program for negligent acts, omissions or errors related to the insured's professional activities.
Are there any cover limitations in the coverage?
The deductible amount is the amount or percentage that is not covered and/or deducted from the amount for each claim separately.
There is a detailed list of coverage limitations in the insurance policy.
When and how do I pay?
The insurance premium is paid on the date of entry into full force, to the Company, either check, cash, Direct Debit, Credit /Debit card, or Standing Order. In case it is agreed that the payment of the premium will be made in instalments, the premium is paid according to the dates specified in the insurance table of the Policy.
