Oversight of the Accounting Department to ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards, the regulatory framework, and internal risk management procedures
Oversee payment processes, ensuring the proper implementation of relevant policies and controls
Preparation and monitoring of cash flows, budgets, and forecasts
Preparation of financial statements, management reports, and financial reports
Preparation of reports for supervisory and regulatory authorities
Support for the procedures of the Financial Management
Collaboration with external and internal auditors
University Degree in Finance and Accounting or any other equivalent
ACCA, ACA, or CPA certification, or any other equivalent qualification
10 years of relevant work experience required
Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills
Fluent in English and Greek
Excellent knowledge of accounting systems, MS Office & Internet applications
Experience in the insurance industry will be considered as an additional advantage
Salary range: €50,000 – €60,000 gross per year.
