24/7 Roadside Assistance

Immediate assistance in the event of a vehicle becoming immobilised

On the road, a breakdown can happen at any time. With Trust Insurance Cyprus’s Roadside Assistance, in partnership with Rescueline, you have support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.

The service is there for you if your insured vehicle breaks down, offering practical assistance, guidance, and, when necessary, transportation or towing.

What Does the Roadside Assistance Service Offer?

Roadside Assistance provides support in common situations that might leave you stranded on the road or at home.

Specifically, the service includes:

Mechanical or electrical malfunction

In the event of a mechanical or electrical breakdown, a Rescueline mobile repair team will, whenever possible, attempt to fix the problem on the spot so that your vehicle can get back on the road.

Vehicle Transport or Towing

If the breakdown cannot be repaired on the spot, Rescueline will arrange for the insured vehicle to be transported or towed to the location of your choice, in accordance with the terms of the service.

Back on the Road

Wherever possible and safe to do so, assistance is provided to get the vehicle back on the road, provided that it is located a short distance from solid ground and the service vehicle can safely approach it.

Vehicle Unlocking

Assistance is provided to unlock the vehicle, where possible, using the resources available to Rescueline.

Lack of fuel, oil, or water

In the event of a fuel shortage, Rescueline tows the stranded vehicle to the nearest gas station.

Tire Change

Assistance with tire changes is provided whenever possible. If transportation to a tire change or repair shop is required, the vehicle will be transported to the nearest suitable shop from the location where it broke down.

When Should a Customer Call Roadside Assistance?

You can call Roadside Assistance when your insured vehicle breaks down or is unable to safely continue its journey due to a breakdown or other incident covered by the service.

For example, you can call when:

  • the vehicle experiences a mechanical or electrical malfunction,
  • needs to be transported or towed,
  • has run out of fuel,
  • the tire needs to be changed,
  • it is locked and help is needed to unlock it,
  • it needs to be returned to the road, provided that can be done safely.

The service is provided even when the insured vehicle is at your residence, provided that the terms and conditions for Roadside Assistance are met.
