The conference, with the central message “Together We Build the Future,” served as an important opportunity to present developments in the Cypriot insurance market, the company’s strategic priorities, and new initiatives that strengthen the role of the modern insurer.
During his speech, the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Christos Christodoulou, presented Trust’s results and outlook, emphasizing that for ten consecutive years the company has continued to grow faster than the market and has now established itself as one of the three largest general insurance companies in Cyprus. Mr. Christodoulou emphasized that the future belongs to Trust and its insurance advisors.
At the same time, the company’s strategic plan for the coming years was presented, with an emphasis on empowering insurance agents through technology, product excellence, enhanced customer service, and the creation of new digital tools that will contribute to the further growth of its partners’ portfolios.
For his part, Chris Georgiadis, Chairman of the Board of Directors, expressed his gratitude to all those present for the company’s outstanding performance, and especially to the insurance advisors.
As part of the conference, the 2025 awards ceremony for the company’s associates was also held, recognizing their dedication, professionalism, and contribution to the growth of Trust and the insurance market in general.
The awards recognized partners who stood out over the past year for their productivity, the creation of profitable portfolios, sustained growth, and their overall business performance, confirming that Trust’s success is inextricably linked to the success of the people who represent it in the market every day.
During the afternoon session of the conference, participants had the opportunity to attend a presentation by the international speaker and expert on artificial intelligence and business transformation, Panos Leledakis, who discussed the challenges and opportunities that artificial intelligence presents for the insurance profession and how professionals can leverage new technologies to benefit their clients.
In closing the conference, Mr. Christodoulou reiterated the Company’s commitment to continue investing in its people, in technology, and in the development of its partners, noting that the future of insurance brokerage belongs to those who adapt, evolve, and create lasting value for their customers.
