Deputy Credit Control Manager

Responsibilities

Monitoring the implementation of the company's credit policy
Ensuring the timely collection of customer balances
Ensure the continuous flow of receipts in accordance with the company's policy
Checking collection status / informing customers / managing and resolving disputes
Monitoring and management of bad debts
Preparation of various reports
Investigation and assessment of customer solvency
Creation of credit rating models for risk prediction
Establishment of terms and conditions for the purposes of credit facilities
Contribute to the coordination for the smooth running of all credit control department operations
Contribute to developing and maintaining important internal and external relationships

Qualifications

University degree in Accounting/Finance or other related field
A Master's degree will be considered an additional qualification
Insurance Accounting, Cyprus Insurance Laws
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
Excellent knowledge of computers/systems
