Property and Facilities Manager

Trust Insurance is seeking to hire a Property and Facilities Manager to manage its real estate, coordinate maintenance and facilities-related matters, and support the needs of tenants and building infrastructure.

The right candidate will play an active role in ensuring the smooth operation of the properties, supervising external contractors, and implementing improvements related to the facilities and services provided to tenants.

Main Responsibilities

 

Property Management
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of the company’s properties
  • Ensuring that the properties are maintained in excellent functional and aesthetic condition
  • Monitoring issues related to tenants and supporting their needs
  • Primary point of contact for operational and technical matters
  • Conducting regular inspections of properties
 
Facilities and Maintenance Coordination
  • Coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Monitoring of building systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, and general infrastructure
  • Ensuring prompt and effective handling of maintenance requests
  • Tracking repairs, maintenance schedules, and crew availability
 
Supplier and Partner Management
  • Coordination of external contractors and suppliers
  • Quality control of work and compliance with agreed terms
  • Requesting bids and providing support during the partner evaluation process
  • Ensuring that the company’s internal procedures and compliance requirements are followed
 
Project and Capital Expenditure (Capex) Management
  • Supervision of small-scale construction and renovation projects
  • Coordination of exterior projects (e.g., rooftop development, renovations)
  • Ensuring that investments are completed on time and within budget
 
Administration and Reports 
  • Maintaining records of maintenance, service contracts, inspections, and related documents
  • Preparing reports on maintenance issues, operational status, and property needs
  • Support for budget monitoring and cost control
  • Collaborate with internal departments regarding approvals, payments, and follow-up actions
 
Health, Safety, and Compliance
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes
  • Coordination of inspections, certifications, and scheduled audits
  • Support for the implementation of internal procedures and controls

 

Required Qualifications

 
  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in real estate, property management, facilities coordination, or a related role
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
