Property Maintenance Technician or Facilities Technician

Responsibilities
  • Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and any other task requires troubleshooting.
  • Inspect properties regularly to identify potential issues and address them promptly.
  • Respond to tenant requests for repairs and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assemble furniture, install fixtures, and handle other installation tasks as needed.
  • Work with property management team to schedule and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Coordinate with external contractors when specialized services are required.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or in any other related field.
  • Skilled in various trades, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Physical capability to handle the demands of the job.
  • Valid driver’s license in Cyprus.
  • Fluent Greek and very good English is required
