Responsibilities

Receiving and forwarding phone calls
Communication Management
Customer and partner support
Operational and customer service support
Typing letters / reports / statements
Email management

Qualifications

Diploma in Office Administration and Secretarial Studies
Very good knowledge of the Greek and English language
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Communication and customer management skills
Integrity of character and responsibility
Experience in a similar call centre management position is essential
Experience in the Insurance Industry will be considered an added advantage
