Responsibilities

Receiving, managing, and efficiently routing incoming calls
Manage daily communication with clients and partners in a professional manner
Providing prompt and high-quality service, with the goal of ensuring a positive customer experience
Operational and customer service support
Managing and monitoring email correspondence
Typing and preparing letters, reports, and other documents
Collaborating with relevant departments to ensure the smooth processing of requests

Qualifications

Degree in Office Administration / Secretarial Studies or a related field
Very good knowledge of Greek and English
Excellent computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused approach and professional demeanor
Organizational skills, responsibility, and integrity
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Previous experience in a similar call center position is required
Experience in the insurance industry will be considered an additional qualification

Experience in a similar call centre management position is essential
