After an unfortunate event at the Latsi Harbor in the Pafos region, our boat suffered extensive damage due to fire. As derived from our contract, we appealed to Trust who responded, immediately and efficiently to our claim. Διατηρώ μια αρκετά μεγάλη επιχείρηση υπηρεσιών στεγνο-καθαριστηρίου στην Πάφο, εξυπηρετώντας ξενοδοχειακές μονάδες και όχι μόνο. Βράδυ Σαββάτου, λίγο πριν τα μεσάνυχτα ξέσπασε πυρκαγιά στο υποστατικό προκαλώντας σχεδόν ολοκληρωτική ζημιά. Από την πρώτη στιγμή ο ασφαλιστικός μου πράκτορας, καθώς επίσης ο επαρχιακός Διευθυντής της Εταιρείας βρέθηκαν επί τόπου. Την επομένη το πρωί, Κυριακάτικα, και ενώ παρέμεινα στο χώρο αισθανόμενος ότι είχε φύγει η γη κάτω από τα πόδια μου, εμφανίστηκε στο χώρο ο CEO της Trust αυτοπροσώπως! Έδειξε πέρα από επαγγελματικό, ανθρώπινο ενδιαφέρον, και με διαβεβαίωσε ότι πολύ σύντομα θα επαναλειτουργούσε το στεγνο-καθαριστήριο. Από τη μια στιγμή στην άλλη από κατεστραμμένος, ένιωσα ενδυναμωμένος και είπα «ξεκινώ ξανά»! Κινητοποιήθηκε ολόκληρη η Εταιρεία για ‘μένα! Και πράγματι, σε λιγότερο από ένα μήνα, έπιασα ξανά δουλειά! Το ένιωσα, το έζησα και το πιστοποιώ ότι ήμουν σε καλά χέρια. Μια εταιρεία, σοβαρή, «στιβαρή» αλλά και ανθρώπινη! Από την πρώτη μέχρι την τελευταία στιγμή. Ακόμα συγκινούμαι μιλώντας γι΄αυτό.
