The evaluation of Trust Insurance Cyprus was based on 10 indicators and 39 criteria, which examine the Company's practices in specific areas: Business Strategy, Training and Development, Human Resources Management, Leadership and Management, Effectiveness of Managers, Recognition and Reward, Engagement and Incentive, Training and Development, Performance Measurement and Continuous Improvement.

The evaluation was done by an independent evaluator from England, using the method of personal interviews, having a representative sample of the staff.
